lalumbar.com · Last updated: 1st January 2026
This website is exclusively informational in nature. It does not have registration forms and does not collect personal data from visitors directly.
The only circumstance in which personal data is processed is when a visitor chooses to contact us voluntarily by email. In that case, the following applies.
1. Data controller
— Name: Albert Maymó Puig
— Address: Mataró, 08304, Barcelona, Spain
— Email: info@lalumbar.com
2. Data processed and purpose
When you send us an email, we process the data you include — typically your name and email address — exclusively to:
— Respond to your query or request.
— Maintain the communication necessary to provide the service requested.
We do not use this data for unsolicited commercial communications and do not share it with third parties.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to queries received (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), as well as the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) where the query relates to the contracting of services.
4. Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to address the query and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship plus any applicable statutory retention periods.

7. How do we ensure the confidentiality of participants' identififying information?
At Lalumbar, we protect the privacy of participants in our wellbeing programmes through a personalised wellbeing portal system, designed so that garment customisation forms do not require participants to provide direct identifying information.
Lalumbar generates a list of unique redemption codes, each linked to an individual access link for its corresponding wellbeing portal.
This list is provided to the contracting company, which is responsible for distributing each redemption code and its corresponding access link to the relevant participant.
Lalumbar does not receive or process participants' identifying information (such as names, email addresses or similar details). Instead, it only processes the redemption code and the garment customisation information that participants enter into their wellbeing portal.
The contracting company, as the party responsible for its relationship with its employees or beneficiaries, is the only entity that knows the identity of the individual associated with each redemption code.
Participants' identifying information remains under the control of their employer or contracting company, not Lalumbar.
Lalumbar only accesses the information that is strictly necessary to manufacture and personalise the garment.
Each wellbeing portal is unique, non-transferable and linked to an individual redemption code, preventing any exchange or crossover of information between participants.
Once the redemption form has been submitted, participants may review the information they have provided through their wellbeing portal.
If any errors are identified, participants may contact Lalumbar within 48 hours of submitting the form by emailing info@lalumbar.com or via WhatsApp at +34 691 104 940, quoting the redemption code shown on their form or in their wellbeing portal. The Lalumbar team will respond as soon as possible.
If no request for amendment is received within 48 hours of submission, the information provided will be deemed confirmed.
Furthermore, 72 hours after submission, the form will no longer be available for viewing in the wellbeing portal, in accordance with Lalumbar's Privacy Policy. The sizing information and the participant's garment model and embroidery colour preferences will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the request.
